Rebecca and Cara try to help their guy friend quit smoking, by using hypnosis to kick the bad habit. Rebecca has him focus on a spiral as she attempts to talk him down into a trance. But instead of him going under, Cara ends up getting hypnotized. Rebecca and her friend have a good laugh when they discover Cara accidentally went into a trance, but then they quickly realize it would be more fun to make her obey commands while in this mesmerized state.
