Girls Gone Hypnotized – Victoria’s Hypnosis Session

This is not a fantasy, story-based video. The hypnosis in this video is real. This is Victoria’s first time ever being hypnotized. The entire session was captured from three separate camera angles.

Although a little nervous initially, Victoria agreed to be put under hypnosis to try and achieve a real trance. We worked with an experienced and qualified hypnotist via the internet. Though I initially had my doubts about the legitimacy of actual hypnosis, and the ability to do this over the internet rather than in person, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I’ve known Victoria for over a couple of years now, so I was able to detect a true change in her behavior (mainly dazed and sleepy) during this session. Into the induction, Victoria became increasingly relaxed, which is evidenced by her facial expression, body language, and tone of voice. She was guided into trance by following the hypnotist’s instructions and focusing on a pulsating spiral displayed on her computer screen.

Since this was Victoria’s first time going under hypnosis, the focus here was trying to get her as relaxed as possible, and as deeply hypnotized as possible. Victoria was given some freeze triggers, which I used at various times such as when she was instructed to role play or perform sit-ups and jumping jacks. Interestingly, she was so “out of it” that when her freeze trigger was used, she would drop into a blank trance rather than actually freeze sometimes. She was left with little memory of what was happening at times, which indicated to the hypnotist that she was experiencing a “medium trance”. A few other commands are given, from becoming a sleepwalker to singing a nursery rhyme at the sight of an object.

There were a couple of technical difficulties in the middle of the shoot (the screen locked up and I needed to unlock it). At these times, Victoria came from a medium trance to a light trance, but the hypnotist was easily able to bring her back down in each instance.

This was a new and exciting thing to experience for both Victoria and myself, as we had never attempted this type of shoot before. Afterwards, Victoria explains how it felt being hypnotized, and what she thought of the experience. All in all, this was a very good first experience, and it is the opinion of the hypnotist and myself that Victoria will go even deeper in future shoots, now that she knows how being hypnotized feels and what to expect.
