Tilly cannot stand to be outdone and has called a meeting to discuss a new way forward as it has become apparent the town is only big enough for one villain and that villain is her. However Princess Sophia Quinn is not convinced so Tilly must try one last attempt to out do Quinn. Tilly calling on all her dastardly strength in the powers of persuasion, she uses her sultry voice to lull Quinn into submissiveness and under her controlling hands.
